The three things that make a first reply useful:

• Roughly how many packages, and roughly how many SQL Agent jobs. A round number is fine — most people start with one.
• Which SQL Server version they run on, and where it runs.
• What is prompting the conversation: a server that has to move, a nightly batch that keeps failing, an audit, or the person who understood it all having left.

A senior engineer replies within one business day. First conversations are about what is in the estate and what the options are; they are not a scoping exercise with a proposal attached.
