This Privacy Policy explains how Packvane, a trade name of Irvin Group, LLC ("Packvane", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information in connection with this website and our consulting services.

When you submit a form, email us, or apply for a role, we collect the information in that submission — typically your name, email address, company, telephone number where you provide one, and whatever you write in the message. Job applicants may also send a CV or work history.

Information collected automatically. Our web servers record standard request data: IP address, user agent, referring page, pages requested, and timestamps. Where analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, those services set cookies or similar identifiers and record page views and, for advertising, which advertisement referred a visit.

Client engagement data. During an engagement we may access systems and data belonging to a client. That access is governed by the engagement agreement and any applicable confidentiality or data-processing terms, not by this policy.
